Shipping Policy
We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible!
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days for standard shipping within the United States.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Delivery times vary based on the selected service.
Local Pickup: We offer free local pickup. If you select local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1–3 business days.
Please wait for confirmation before arriving. A valid ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup. Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.
Preorders & Backorders: Items marked as preorder or backorder are not currently in stock but are available for purchase. Estimated ship or pickup dates will be listed on the product page; however, these dates are subject to change.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder/backorder items, your order may be held and fulfilled together once all items are available. If you prefer items sooner, please place separate orders.
Preorder/backorder items cannot be canceled once the order is placed unless otherwise stated. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email with updated fulfillment information.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status.
Shipping Delays: Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages: By His Hands Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at byhishandsclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
